"Journey Of My Drumming Life"

Hey erbody!.Actually im kinda new at tis blog but im here to share how i grow from a "cacat" drummer to someone who can really play.First,I start playing drums when i was in the age of 12 and that time i cant even hold my own stick.But one day i decided to make a desicion that i will be a good drummer someday.But let me walk you tru my journey of growing.

I start master-ing drum when I finish my 12years old B'day.Master as in start playing my basic beats.Was having a hard time to get my 4'4" beat.One day i was looking at a drum video at my buddies house and he actually teach me how to play that beat that I really wanted.His teaching was good and it really able me to get it.Start kicking "asses" after learn that beat.Then i start playing at church when I was 13.

Was able to play almost all of the sundays.Then started goin for lessons to improve more.So I was learning under Hitz Studio.Was under them for about 2months then i decide to stop cause cant afford.Then i decide to take my self alone to improve.Usually its by observing people from the Internet,church fren,school fren and unknown frens.Basically was take lesson tru Youtube(http://www.youtube.com/). I watched people like Mike Portnoy,Mike Manghini,Joey Jordison,Aaron Spears,Tony Jr. Royster,Ect.From this i able to play all kinda beats and start creating my own beats an fill in's.

Nw when I was 14years old,was still playing for church.But other then that i was asked to play for a band called "The Radical Retards" andmy first public gig/performance was at my school charity drive concert.Sadly we didnt win but,hey its all cool.

This is the time when I really get serious with my drumming,and it is NOW!.Im serving in the best church called "CITY HARVEST CHURCH/CHC.PG" as the only drummer for now.Blessing comes to me when I pour out my best in the kingdom of GOD.Just this year I invest in buying a double pedal for drums andit only took me 2months to master it.But of cause practice 3hours a week can make things better.Tru out the whole journey of my life as a drummer really allows me to learn alot of interesting things.Part of it is when God is above anything,nothing will go wrong.I didnt realize something that is,When I start playing drums,the band I used to play for,the drum pedal I bought,all this is a blessing that i realize now.Its because of HIM i am who that i wanted to be when I was a small kid.

For all the drummers out there here is some advice for you guy cause it really works.Never ever ever! give up in anything you do.Work hard for the things that you really want and everything will go on smoothly.It may have something that will block you from achieving your dreams but strive tru it and you will make it in life.Life is aint perfect so one life to live so live it to the MAX!.Will keep updating my blog cause its kinda nice actually"hehe" so stay tuned for more.
